Our Videos can be performed by anyone regardless of age, workout experience and goals.

For $20 per month, here’s what you can expect:

  • At least 1 new video per week.
  • Constant access with member login to the growing library of videos.
  • Explanations and specific cues during our demonstrations.
  • A trainer staying along with you during the workouts so you can see how you stack up and keep pace.

  • I will post videos based on member feedback or specific issues — reach out to me!
  • You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • If you give the videos an HONEST and CONSISTENT effort and are unsatisfied:
