Aberdeen employees were taught 20 different stretches and upper and lower body exercises using exercise rubber bands. These exercises can all be completed while employees are seated at their desks. These quick motions can increase employees’ metabolic rate and help get their blood flowing.

What’s the difference between a Ry 9 clinician and a trainer who isn’t TPI certified?
