If you are ready to get started and truly commit to a Ry 9 Fitness workout program, we’ve spelled out the exact steps you’ll need to complete below.
- Fill out our intake form — https://ry9.wufoo.com/forms/intake-form/
- Receive welcome email and decide on date for your initial evaluation
- Upon completion of your initial evaluation, days will be chosen for you to meet with your Ry 9 Fitness trainer for the next 2 months.
- Ry 9 Fitness will design and formulate your workout program
- Begin meeting with your Ry 9 Trainer on set days every week!
Ry 9 Fitness takes great pride in creating new “Habits” for their clients. In life, it takes the human brain/body 8 weeks to develop a new habit. Our goal is that by the 9th week of performing a Ry 9 program, our clients will have developed a new healthy habit for working out and living a healthy lifestyle.
There also just happens to be a front nine and back nine on a golf course… so it really works.
