Private Personal Training
Clients commit to a series of sessions, typically three to four fully supervised sessions per week. These sessions can be performed either in our Blue Bell facility, in your home, or at your office. Each session is prepared in advance based on your goals and feedback from your initial evaluation. Full time interaction with your trainer makes this the most effective exercise program offered. Consistently performing exercises at manageably challenging intensities while varying the program is key to results.
Semi Private Training
Clients can have 1, 2, or 3 friends join a fully supervised program. Under the guidance of one personal trainer, clients can share the time and cost of personalized exercise training. Semi Private Training clients also commit to a series of sessions, typically meeting two to three times per week.
Clients are welcomed to join our group classes that are held weekly at our Blue Bell facility. Ry 9 Fitness’ group classes are fun, high-energy, and creative workout experiences that address strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Ry 9 Fitness can also put together a customized Group Training program for any small group (up to 12) at almost any time. Families, friends, sports teams, and businesses can all benefit from this unique style of training.
All you need to do is:
- Propose a schedule
- Choose a location (your home, office or our facility)
Ry 9 Fitness’ unique yoga programming combines our strong background in movement science with the best of ancient and contemporary yoga techniques. Our classes and individual yoga instruction place a premium on meeting participants where they need to be met. Quality movement and proper breathing techniques are of paramount importance.
Our program is designed to:
- Create balance by developing strength and flexibility
- Provide relief from chronic pain or muscular tightness
- Assist in stress management
- Raise postural awareness
Ry 9 Fitness offers a great amenity to any Golf outing that you could be hosting or playing in. Our team of professional Ry 9 trainers will bring two stretch tables and set up prior to the event. The stretch tents allow golfers to receive a 5 minute golf stretch just prior to teeing off. Every golfer will be greeted with a smile and the professional courtesy club members are accustom to.
Ry 9 Fitness has a wide array of available services for businesses, civic groups, and educational institutions. For Corporate fitness programs, Ry 9 Fitness has the ability to asses a organization’s needs and develop a program that meets those needs at a reasonable cost. From the most basic to the most comprehensive fitness plans, Ry 9 fitness delivers the same high-quality programming and service that we have built our reputation on.

All of Ry 9 Fitness trainers are ready to establish the blue print to your workout. Whether you’re a golfer or simply ready to commit to a fitness program, our functional screens will give us the best look into how your body moves. These invaluable pieces of the puzzle begin every clients workout program with us.
Ry 9 Fitness takes great pride in creating new “Habits” for their clients. In life, it takes the human brain/body 8 weeks to develop a new habit. Our goal is that by the 9th week of performing a Ry 9 program, our clients will have developed a new healthy habit for working out and living a healthy lifestyle.
There also just happens to be a front nine and back nine on a golf course… so it really works.
