Aberdeen employees were taught 20 different stretches and upper and lower body exercises using exercise rubber bands. These exercises can all be completed while employees are seated at their desks. More than 30 kids participated in the Ry 9 junior golf camp at Sunnybrook Golf Club this June. The kids had a great time running through obstacle courses, playing catch on stability balls, and having a good old tug of war competition.

What’s the difference between a Ry 9 clinician and a trainer who isn’t TPI certified?

There are tons of great trainers in the world. But the difference between a Ry 9 trainer and a typical, run-of-the-mill trainer is the direct relation we can discover between a client’s body and their golf swing.
